Flourishing New Mother - Early Postnatal Recovery

This 6 week course is designed to support your early recovery after baby and includes tips on recovering breath and core activation, managing your first bowel movement, getting moving and gently starting to activate muscles weakened during pregnancy to empower you to look after your baby without pain or dysfunction. This course is gentle and suitable for women after all birth experiences.
