Flourishing New Mother - Early Postnatal Recovery

This 6 week course is designed to support your early recovery after baby and includes tips on recovering breath and core activation, managing your first bowel movement, getting moving and gently starting to activate muscles weakened during pregnancy to empower you to look after your baby without pain or dysfunction. This course is gentle and suitable for women after all birth experiences.

Postnatal Yoga Series

This yoga series for postnatal women is suitable for beginners to experienced yogis alike. Suitable from 6 weeks onwards and designed by Kelly, a physiotherapist with over a decade experience working with pregnant and postnatal women and a yoga practice spanning almost 2 decades. This series specifically targets all the areas that need strengthening and stretching in both the early months and into toddler years.

Soothe - a healing balm for your pelvic pain

Learn all about your nervous system, hormones and menstrual cycle, and their role in your pain, understand how pain becomes persistent, the role of stress and more as well as practical skills to reconnect to yourself, create felt safety in your body; and regulate your nervous system including: - breathwork - mindfulness/visualisation - relaxation - yoga - embodiment and somatic practices includes 12 months access
